ATA Services wanted all its Managers to be more efficient in networking events.
The program I delivered was based on using coaching technics. All ideas were actually generated by each Manager, following individual coaching sessions.
We then organized groups workshops and designed a specific networking "road map" for ATA needs.

I met Eddy Bellavoine in a networking event and we did engage in a conversation. It appeared that he is an executive coach, and I was in the middle of a professional crisis that had implications on my personal life.
I didn’t know what coaching was and was thinking that Eddy would be more like a consultant.
Eddy offered a free session, so I could see for myself what it is all about.
He started by putting me at ease, and gently introduced me to the code of ethics, insisting on the total confidentiality.
Then the exploring began. Eddy was extremely present, focused, and asked questions that got me thinking. When I am stuck, he uses some very practical and easy technics involving cards or “post it”, or different exploration questioning.
The more we progress in every session, and the more I can see things that I was missing. I have more clarity, and I can now design some actions to be taken, and the way to make things happen.
I continue to have sessions with Eddy on a regular basis. Every session opens new avenues and helps me to handle situations with more confidence, and to reach better results
I can recommend Eddy to anyone who is feeling stuck, helpless, or wants to unlock some situations, both in personal and professional life
